I recently purchased my dream car, a gen 3 Camaro. I have wanted one since I was a kid. Zack Eckroth was the salesperson I dealt with. Not only was I purchasing a car online that I could not see in person, but I was also dealing with a dealership that I was not familiar with and was over 1,600 miles away. Zach was great. Not only was he professional but he was also very understanding of my situation and how I felt. He went above and beyond what he was required to do, to make sure I was always informed and feeling confident in the process. We communicated via phone, text and email. Zack kept me informed every step of the way. Even after the sale was completed, he made sure that he kept me informed about the transport of my car and also stayed in contact with me to make sure I received the title afterwards. Most everyone has heard the negative stereotypes of a car salesman. Zack Eckroth is not that stereotype, he is an asset to the Torgerson Auto Center.
